In a statement issued at the NSA Head Office in Airport–Accra on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Management announced that a total of 85,159 graduates from accredited tertiary institutions across the country have been deployed to both public and private user agencies to undertake their one-year mandatory national service.

The statement clarified that the figure excludes personnel with data mismatches, as well as teachers, nurses, midwives, and other vital categories whose postings will be released in subsequent batches. “All personnel under the data mis-match category are to note that their placement forms part of the yet-to-be-released batch,” the Authority said, adding that the total number of postings will increase in due course.

Management further outlined the technical process behind the deployment, citing the following figures for clarity:

  • Total Students Uploaded: 150,937
  • Total Paid Pin Codes: 91,339
  • Total Verified (with Ghana Card): 85,459
  • Total Completed Registration: 85,159

All deployed personnel are to check their placements by logging onto the official NSA website — www.gnsa.gov.gh — to print their appointment letters and proceed to their places of posting for endorsement by their line managers or designated officials.

After endorsement, personnel are required to book an appointment online for registration and validation. They must then report to their respective Regional Validation and Registration Centres with their endorsed letters and Ghana Card to complete the process.

The regional validation exercise is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, and end on Friday, November 21, 2025.

The NSA strongly cautioned personnel against engaging with fraudulent intermediaries or “middlemen” who promise to alter postings for a fee, reiterating that the Authority does not work through such agents.

“All personnel are highly entreated to accept their postings,” the statement emphasized, adding that the 2025/2026 national service officially begins on Monday, November 3, 2025.

Management congratulated all newly posted personnel and encouraged them to approach their service with dedication and integrity, noting that their contributions are vital in resetting Ghana’s socio-economic space.”
