As the 2023/2024 academic year approaches, UENR invites aspiring students to join its esteemed institution, offering a diverse range of programs that cater to undergraduate, postgraduate, and top-up admissions.

Applicants should purchase e-vouchers for Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis only (GHS 250.00) for Post-Graduate and Top-Up Admissions and Two Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GHS 200.00) for Undergraduate admissions from Finance Directorate, UENR Main Campus, Sunyani; UENR ACCRA OFFICE, located in the Office Complex of Vice-Chancellors Ghana (VCG) on the UPSA road. (Contact person: Mr Richard Hammond. Tel: 0246565451); GCB Bank Branches Nationwide, ZENITH Bank Branches Nationwide; or Ghana Post Offices Nationwide.



All applicants are required to complete the online application registration using the Voucher Number and PIN and first submit online before posting the printout copy to either;

Requirements For The Admission Process


Before moving to the online application platform, applicants must have the following:

i. Valid personal email

ii. Valid personal mobile phone number

iii. Scanned copies of certified diplomas and transcripts

iv. A digital passport photo with the following requirements:

  Full face, front view and opened eyes.

  Make sure the photo presents the entire head from the top of the hair to the shoulders.

  Take a photo in plain white or off-white background.

  Avoid shadows on the face or background.

  Do not wear sunglasses or hats.



Steps To Complete The Application Form


I. Visit the Admission Portal

II. Enter your application number and pin.

III. Select the application type.

IV. Change the default PIN on the voucher to your own PIN (PIN must be at least 8 characters).

V. Proceed to the personal data page to complete the form.

VI. Click Complete after filling out the form.


 Two (2) copies of completed online application forms together with certified copies of certificates /result slips and copies of birth certificates (Not Returnable) are to be submitted by POST to THE ACADEMIC AND STUDENTS’ AFFAIRS DIVISION, UNIVERSITY OF ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES, SUNYANI.



Steps To Resend Pin

i. Click on Forgotten My Pin on the Login Page.

ii. Enter your application number.

iii. Click on Proceed (Your pin will be sent through SMS).



  Applicants who have not completed the form will not be able to change their pin.
