On campuses like KNUST, students often have to cater for themselves. Simple tasks such as finding ingredients to cook a meal can become frustrating. Many give up and resort to fast food, not because they want to, but because searching for essential items is stressful and time-consuming.
Seeing this challenge, Agyapong Daniel, a second-year Business Administration student at KNUST, set out to create a practical solution. He launched Andamo Express, an online shopping and selling platform designed to make it easier for students to access essential items quickly and affordably.

It was developed with the student lifestyle in mind, offering a convenient alternative to running around town in search of supplies. The platform brings the market to your fingertips.
It comes with features that improve the entire shopping experience. Registration is straightforward, enabling users to create an account quickly and get started with minimal effort. Once inside, users can explore product catalogues that include a wide range of groceries, local food items, and household essentials, all organized into clear categories for easy browsing.

A built-in search function allows users to quickly find specific items they’re looking for. After selecting products, users can add them to a shopping cart and proceed to a smooth and secure checkout. Orders placed can be tracked, giving users real-time updates on their delivery status.

Andamo Express is not just for buyers. The platform also gives others the opportunity to become sellers. This opens the door for students or local producers who want to reach more customers on and off campus.
