HOW TO OBTAIN KNUST TRANSCRIPT ONLINE

Are you a student or an alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)? Do you need to obtain an official copy of your Academic Transcript but don't have the time or means to physically visit the university's registrar's office? Fortunately, KNUST now offers an online transcript request service, making the process of obtaining your transcripts faster and more convenient than ever before. In this blog post, we will guide you through the simple steps of requesting your KNUST academic transcript online, saving you time, money, and hassle.

TranSwift is an advanced online service for managing and requesting academic transcripts, developed by the University Information Technology Services (UITS) at KNUST. Designed for current students, alumni, and affiliate students, the platform allows users to easily request their transcripts by specifying the preferred format and delivery method. Transcript requests can be generated in either hardcopy for self-collection or courier delivery, as selected by the applicant, or softcopy, which will be sent to the recipient's email address.

TranSwift processes both official and student copy transcript requests, with a maximum processing time of 2 working days for softcopy transcripts and 4 working days for hardcopy transcripts, barring any unforeseen circumstances. To ensure transparency and convenience, applicants receive email notifications at each stage of the process, keeping them informed of the progress of their request.

Assuming no unexpected events occur, TranSwift guarantees the processing of soft copy transcripts within a maximum of 2 days after the applicant has submitted their request. Similarly, hardcopy transcripts are processed within a maximum of 4 working days after the submission of the request by the applicant.

Throughout the process, applicants will be kept informed via email at each stage.
