According to the decision, such students will be withdrawn and not given the opportunity to repeat these courses. However, there is an option for those withdrawn students who wish to retake the entire year. To do this, they must apply through their respective Head of Department and subsequently obtain permission from the Dean. This is a notable departure from the previous practice of automatic repetition.
