Additionally, challenges like misplacing the e-voucher, insufficient guidance to complete the application process, and other mishaps can complicate the process.
Mistakes are inherent in human life and can be hard to avoid. The admission process itself is designed to be easy and user-friendly. However, there are situations where applicants might find themselves wanting to edit their submissions or review their details after completing the forms but can't locate their e-voucher. This e-voucher contains vital information, namely, the Serial Number and PIN, which serve as credentials for accessing the admission portal.

While you may be able to memorize the Serial Number over time, the PIN is often more complex, containing various characters and numbers that can be challenging to remember. It is advisable to keep copies of both your Serial Number and PIN, whether in digital or hard copy form. This way, if you misplace the original, you can quickly retrieve it from your records.
KNUST e-vouchers can be purchased in two ways:
1. Using the Short Code:
<> Dial *447*160#
<> Select "Forms & E-vouchers."
<> Choose "KNUST."
<> Select "Undergraduate/Postgraduate" and proceed with the payment. Please be patient as this method may take some time to process.
2. Purchasing from Designated Locations:
<> Visit the Ghana Post Office or recommended banks like GCB.
For both purchase methods, there is always the possibility of losing the voucher. Here are the steps to retrieve your Serial Number and PIN:
How to Retrieve KNUST E-Voucher via SMS:
<> Dial *447*160#
<> Select "Forms and E-Voucher."
<> Enter "1" to retrieve the voucher code.
<> Enter your Transaction ID.
<> Your E-Voucher details will be displayed, including "Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology," Serial Number, and PIN.
How to Retrieve KNUST E-Voucher via Email:
1. Visit the KNUST ADMISSION PORTAL

3. Enter your Applicant ID.
4. Click on "Send Request."

It's essential to remember that if you lose the e-voucher even before initiating the online application procedure (for instance, if you purchased a hard copy from the post office or bank), there may be no way to retrieve it. In such cases, you can either search diligently for the lost voucher or acquire a new one.
