MODE OF APPLICATION FOR DOMESTIC (GHANAIAN) APPLICANTS FOR UNDERGRADUATES
For all prospective Ghanaian applicants eagerly eyeing the 2024/2025 academic year at the University for Development Studies (UDS), the application process has been streamlined for your convenience. To embark on this educational journey, follow these steps:
1. Secure the UDS Undergraduate E-Voucher:
- Head to any of the following banks: Stanbic Bank, GCB Bank, Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), National Investment Bank (NIB), Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, Ecobank, and Access Bank.
- Make a payment of GH¢ 200.00 (Two Hundred Ghana Cedis) for the UDS Undergraduate E-Voucher.
2. Obtain the E-Voucher:
- Your E-Voucher will contain the essential PIN and Serial Number necessary for completing the online application form.
3. Visit the UDS Online Admissions Portal:
- Once you get the E-Voucher, proceed to the UDS Online Admissions Portal at

2. E-Voucher Details:
- Your E-Voucher contains the essential PIN and Serial Number required to complete the online application form.
3. Access the Online Form:
- Visit the UDS Online Admissions Portal immediately after making the payment.
4. Complete the Online Form:
- During the online application, ensure to upload passport-size photographs and relevant certificates.
Note: A completed form is considered only when it is submitted.
5. Review Before Submission:
- Before hitting the submit button, thoroughly check all entered details. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
6. Document Submission:
- After submission, applicants are required to print out three copies of the application summary.
- Attach result slips, certificates, and all other relevant documents to each form.
- Three reference letters are also required, with at least two referees familiar with the applicant's academic work.
